Top Dog Program

RolloverU’s Top Dog Honors identifies those dogs and their owners that go beyond basic and competition obedience. Top Dog Honors is not a designation that can be achieved in one training program. It is something to be strived for and is not for everyone and their pet.

Below are the behaviors required to obtain the Top Dog Honor designation:
  • Sit
  • Lay or down
  • Stay
  • Come
  • Heel
  • Sit/stay
  • Down/stay
  • Loose leash walking
  • Focus
  • Leave it
  • Take it
  • Broad jump
  • Drop
  • Drop on recall
  • Accepting a friendly stranger
  • Sitting politely for petting
  • Appearance and grooming
  • Walking through a crowd
  • Unreactive to other dogs
  • Recall short and long distances
  • Stand

All above behaviors must be proofed for on and off lead as necessary, with distractions, and with verbal and visual commands.
