Refund Policy

Merchandise


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of training equipment, you can return the item(s) for an exchange or in-store credit that can be used towards other merchandise or a provided service. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.

All sales on dog treats are final.

Groups classes

Invoices will be sent out prior to the first day of class, generally the week before class starts. Payment is due on the first day of class. Class fees can be paid in person or online using the link provided on the invoice.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for classes once you have your space. We can offer full credit toward a future class if notification is given at least 7 business days before the class begins. We cannot offer any refunds or credits once a class has started. Credits must be used within 6 months of the starting date of the class it was issued for. Credits can be used for any service provided by RolloverU.

Private training sessions


Private training classes are rescheduled if missed. If the training plan is completed before all sessions are used, additional behaviors can be added to fill the remaining training time or the prorated amount can be used or saved as a RolloverU credit towards other services. Credits must be used within 6 months of the starting date of the private session it was issued for. Credits can be used for any service provided by RolloverU.

DayCare

An invoice for an identical daycare package is sent out approximately a week before the current package has been completely used. If a client stops daycare service they can get a credit for the unused days that can be used towards another service provided by RolloverU. Any credits must be used within 6 months of the date issued.


Boarding 


Boarding is billed at least a week prior to the dog's stay.

A deposit equal to 50% of the total boarding fee is recommened to reserve the kennel for your dog during non-peak times. This deposit is applied to your dog's stay. If you need to cancel your reservation let us know as soon as possible. How the deposit will be handled is ooutlined below:
  • With 7 or more days notice The deposit minus a $20 processing fee will be returned
  • With 7 - 4 days notice, 50% of the deposit will be returned
  • With 3 or less days notice, the deposit is forfeited
If the dog is picked up before the paid for the time frame is completed, the prorated amount may be saved as a RolloverU credit towards other services.

Holiday Boarding (November - December and March)


Boarding is billed at least a month prior to the dog's stay or as soon as the reservation is made. 

A deposit equal to 50% of the total boarding fee is recommened to reserve the kennel for your dog during non-peak times. This deposit is applied to your dog's stay.
If you need to cancel your reservation let us know as soon as possible. How the deposit will be handled is outlined below:
  • With 3 weeks or more days notice, the deposit minus a $20 processing fee will be returned
  • With 2 - 3 weeks notice, 50% of the deposit will be returned
  • With 2 weeks or less notice, the deposit is forfeited
