Drop Off / Pick up Windows

drop-off / pickups windows for boarding are morning 7:00am9:00am or afternoon 4:00pm6:00pm. We are happy to accommodate your schedule. However, any drop-off or pickup that falls outside of our scheduled hours must be set when scheduling your boarding and may be charged an additional fee of $15. You will be asked when you expect to drop off and pickup your dog when you make your reservation. If you are dropping off and picking up your dog during different time windows you will be charged a day of daycare. For example, if you drop-off Monday morning and pick-up Tuesday afternoon you will be charged for a day of daycare in addition to the night of boarding.

Please note on stays of 5 days or more, at least 50% of your bill must be paid when you drop off your dog(s). You can pay this either online or at the shop when you drop off your pup. The remainder is due at pickup.


A deposit is required to reserve space for your dog when booking a long time in advance or during high demand times. The deposit is half of the total cost for your boarding. The deposit is applied to your boarding fees.


If you have to cancel your reservation, the following will be applied:
  • 7+ Days in Advance: 100% of your deposit will be returned, minus a $20 processing fee
  • 6-2 Days in Advance: 50% of your deposit will be returned
  • 1-0 Days in Advance: You forfeit your deposit

No Show / No Call

If you just do not show for a reservation, a deposit of 50% will be required for future reservations.
